She was predeceased by: her parents, John Stephan and Frieda Stephan (Schenkel); her spouse Dale L. Westfall; and her siblings, Eldon Stephan, James Stephan and Rosemary Storer.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Iseler (Mark) of Huntington, IN, Lisa Lawrence (Jim) of Nashville, IN and Robert Westfall of Hutchinson, KS; her grandchildren, Matthew Hoagland, Douglas Hoagland, Jerry Westfall (Vini), Melissa Westfall, Lyndsey Goff (Joey), Sara Tusing (Luke) and Dane Davison (Kelli); her stepgrandchildren, Kristen Iseler (Brian Lesney), Holly Mabon (Rein), Brian Lawrence and Hannah Caffey (Scott); and her siblings, Carl Stephan (Darlene) and Mae Leedy. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren and 4 step great grandchildren.
