With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Milton Leroy Meadows (Huntington, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 27, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Asa B. Meadows and Eileen Meadows (Strauss); and his brothers, John Robert Meadows and James Dallas Meadows. He is survived by: his wife Mary McAdams; his sons, Michael L. Meadows (Nancy) of Fort Wayne, IN, Daniel Meadows (Christine) and Rick Meadows (Susanne); his stepdaughter Pam Rudy (Raymond) of Huntington, IN; and his grandchildren, Keith Meadows (Amy), Malina Sandman (Dan), Andrew Meadows (Kristen), Cassie Miller (Andy), Kyleigh Garringer (Jeremy), Mariah Evans (Brett) and Teague Meadows. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the McElhaney Funeral Home (715 N Jefferson St, Huntington, IN 46750). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Huntington County Humane Shelter in care of McElhaney Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN, 46750.
