He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Schoeff and Verna Schoeff; his wife Rosemary Clipp; and his brothers, Marshall Schoeff and Floyd Wayne Schoeff.

He is survived by: his children, Tim Schoeff (Myrna), Jan McDonough (Brian) and Lynn Cole (Charles); his grandchildren, Stephanie Stickler (John), Megan McDonough and Kevan McDonough (Danielle); and his great grandchildren, Isabella Stickler, Jacob Stickler and Bailey McDonough.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association or Stillwater Hospice both in care of Myers Funeral Home, 2901 Guilford Street, Huntington, IN 46750.
