He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Earl and Margaret Lucille O'Banion (Clark); his children, Douglas Patrick O'Banion and Jill Ann O'Banion; and his siblings, Ed O'Banion, Bill O'Banion, Tom O'Banion, Jim O'Banion, Janice Ramp, Mary Zoda and Kay Daughterty.
He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Dan O'Banion (Kim) of Huntington, IN and Darlene Kay O'Banion of Huntington, IN; his granddaughter Morgan O'Banion; and his great grandchild Amelia.
