He was predeceased by: his parents, Argus Kulb and Lucille Kulb (Keener); and his wife Rita V. Walters Kulb (Bickel). He is survived by: his son Tony Kulb of Liberty Center, IN; his stepchildren, Michael Walters (Melinda) of Wabash, IN, Mark Walters of Andrews, IN, Kent Walters (Anna) of Huntington, IN, Jan Loehmer (Bill) of Bippus, IN, Jody Davies (Bill) of Andrews, IN, Kelly Bressler (Scott) of Markle, IN, Penny Smeltzley (Steve) of Fort Wayne, IN and Jenny Lynch of Roanoke, IN; and his sister Pam Tackett (Raymond) of Andrews, IN.. He is also survived by 11 step-grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
