Richard Zickafoose Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Zickafoose of Huntington, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 10, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Zickafoose and Mary Zickafoose (Spath); his spouse Rhea Sands; his daughter Valerie Brown; his granddaughter Heather Brown; and his siblings, Frank Eugene Zickafoose, Clarence Zickafoose Jr., JoAnn Kaylor and Grace Zickafoose.
He is survived by: his children, Virginia "Ginny" Guth (Philip) of Elgin, IL, Vickie Roberts of Cibolo, TX, Vanessa Uecker of Seminole, FL, Greg Zickafoose (Jill) of Huntington and Gary Zickafoose of Huntington; and his son-in-law Jim Brown. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mt. Hope Cemetery.
