He was predeceased by : his parents, William F. Schacht II and Janet Schacht Hafner (Schenkel); and his sister Anne Pfister. He is survived by : his wife Nancy Mullins; his stepson Randy W. Hare (Andrea) of Ossian, IN; his sister Susan VanDriessche (David) of Placitas, NM; his brother-in-law Steven J. Pfister (Becky) of Huntington, IN; his stepgrandchildren, Andrew Paul Hare of Ossian, IN and Trever Wayne Hare of Ossian, IN; his nieces, Lisa Michel (Joel) and Jennifer Herman (Tim); and his nephew Steven M. Pfister (Amanda).
