He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell M. Blair and Hazel Blair (Osborne); his son Kevin D. Blair; and his siblings, Gordon R. Blair, Richard Blair and Velma Daniels.
He is survived by: his wife Pat; his daughter Kimberly Carroll (Matthew) of Minneapolis, MN; his sister Barbara Harris (Tommy) of Huntington, IN; his daughter-in-law Debra Blair of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Andrew Carroll (Justine), Alexander Carroll, Elijah Carroll, Isaac Carroll, Ethan Blair, Parker Blair, Olivia Blair and Camille Blair; and his great grandchildren, Jaxson Carroll and Adilynn Carroll.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Bethesda Freewill Baptist Church or to the The Associated Churches of Huntington County for the By the Book program, in care of McElhaney Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN, 46750.
