It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samantha Shively (Huntington, Indiana), born in Grand Rapids, Michigan, who passed away on July 4, 2018, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Samuel Leroy and Carman Rae Shively (Ruse); her husband Christopher Tackett; her sons, Gabriel Crago, Kamdyn Shively and Etna; her sisters, Candy Brickley (Shay) of Huntington, Betty Leon of Huntington, Sherry Shively-Walden (Leigh) of Huntington, Sabrina Gilbert (Andrew) of Huntington and Sarah Tome of Huntington; Etna.
