He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Shenefield and Loretta Shenefield (Peterson); his children, Shelley Hubley and Michael Wallace; and his great grandchild Ainsley Good.

He is survived by: his children, Amy Good (Eric) of Roanoke, Dena Shenefield of Huntington, Carole Ann Monroe (Eugene) of Wabash and Scott Wallace (Soon) of Andrews; his children-in-law, Yong Wallace and Martin Hubley; and his grandchildren, Morgan Wellman (Doug), Megan Johns (Aaron), Taylor Petre (Erika), Macy Good, Sidney Good, Collin Good, Amanda Hubley, Elizabeth Hubley, Hannah Carmichael (John), Kayla Wallace, Charity Coyne, Chris Coyne, Jihee and Song (Won). He is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren and three great great grandchildren.
