She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Barnhart and Mary Barnhart (Noise); her husband Steve Kukoleck; and her brother Jerry Barnhart. She is survived by: her children, Scott Tolliver (Marcia) of Miamisburg, OH and Connie McIntosh (Steve) of Huntington, IN; her sister Kathleen Barnhart of Lorain, OH; her sister-in-law Barbara Barnhart of Lorain, OH; and her grandsons, Kevin and Eric Lehmkuhle.
