She was predeceased by: her father Justin Dinius; her husband John "Jack" Rethlake; her son Gary Rethlake; and her granddaughter Chelsea Rethlake. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Wright (Joe) of Findlay, OH and Ann Rethlake (Jon Brinneman) of Andrews, IN; her siblings, James Dinius (Rita) and Judy DeLuca of Huntington, IN.; and her grandchildren, Graham Wright (Rachael), Molly Mealer (Blake), Hailey Tompkins (Jesse), Clint Tompkins, Meredith Rethlake and Chloe Wright.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Huntington County Humane Shelter in care of McElhaney-Hart/Deal Rice Funeral Home, 715 N. Jefferson Street, Huntington, IN 46750.
