He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Bickel and Cora Bickel (Huffman); his sister Sharon; and his brother-in-law Joe Stephen. He is survived by: his children, Andrew Bickel (Amy) of Lancaster, OH, Aaron Bickel (Abby) of Danville and Angelyn Hoekema (Mike) of Huntertown; his siblings, Trish Welch (Tom) of Tacoma, WA and Rod Bickel (Carlene) of Murfreesboro, TN; and his grandchildren, Logan Bickel, Alayna Bickel, Everly Bickel, Brittin Hoekema, Brooke Hoekema, Sean Hoekema, Peyton Bickel, Owen Bickel and Kora Bickel.
