She was predeceased by: her father Fred Hartley. She is survived by: her mother Sarah Hartley (Dials) of Huntington; her daughters, Au'Jalique Wade (Devin) of Abington, PA and Michaela Wade (Gage Tomlinson) of South Whitley; her siblings, Ted Chapman of Lagro and TyeAnn Chapman of Indianapolis; and her grandchildren, Nash Wayne Tomlinson and McKinley Marie Tomlinson.
