He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronnie E. Kitchen and Connie (Edwards); his brother Rondy Kitchen; and his son-in-law Ricky Craig. He is survived by: his wife Angela Gamble; his daughters, Lindsay, Leah and Megan; his uncle Joe Edwards; and his cousins, Cody Edwards, Bryan Edwards and Brad Edwards.
