He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Samm and Edith Samm; his wife Ethel Fink; his daughter Annette Samm; his siblings, Herbert, Bill, Jack, Basil, Wanita Samm and Janet Bradbury; his granddaughter Amanda; his children, Mark Samm (Angela), Carl Jr. Samm (Sheryl), Jimmy Samm and Patricia Padgett (Alan); his siblings, Weldon Samm, Larry Samm and Wanda Bickel; and his grandchildren, David, Brenda of Jesse, J. T., Colten, Shyian, Kayla, Cambrie, Matthew, Kaitlyn, Cody, Andrew and Karee. He was also cherished by Several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, extended family.
