He is survived by: his wife Stella M. House (Lucas) of Hymera, IN; his daughter Beth Ann House Booker of Hymera, IN; his grandchildren, Makayla Booker, Caylynne Booker and Chad "Chaddy" Booker Jr.; his sister Deloris Raley of Sullivan County, IN; and his sibling's children, Lisa Key (Mike) and Todd Raley. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews; several brother in-laws and sister in-laws.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Decker to Briley Chapel Food Pantry or Briley Chapel Church.
