He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Hoffman and Mary Rachelle Hoffman (Wright). He is survived by: his wife Marie P. Hoffman (Brandmaier); his son Steve Hoffman; his daughter-in-law Liz; his grandchildren, Van, Charlotte "Charlie" and Frances; and his sister Melanie Hoffman.
