He was predeceased by: his parents, Aquilino Sr. (Priscila Viduya) and Pagasinan; his wife Antonia Viduya; and his siblings, Romeo Viduya, Maria "Mely" Sarzaba, Mario Viduya and Maximo Viduya.
He is survived by: his siblings, Aquilino Viduya, Jr. (Isabel) and Sixto Viduya (Laureta); his siblings-in-law, Tito Sarzaba, Juaning Viduya and Dr. Monica Deogracias; his children, Raymond Viduya (Eva), Jesus Viduya (Mecidita), Andres Viduya (Lisa), Tony Viduya (Jennie), Richard Viduya (Angie) and Nanette Matney (Shawn); his grandchildren, Genevieve, Patrick Viduya, Monette Wagner (Jeremy), Jessica Viduya, Dominic (Nicolette), Zachary, Nicholas Viduya, Andrea Viduya, Gabrielle, Alec Viduya, Marisa and Sam Matney; and his great grandchildren, Vivienne, Evalynn, Xavier Wagner and Teagan Viduya.
