He is survived by: his sister Lisa Moore; his half-sister Becky Cardwell; his stepsister Patricia Kinnison; his brother Ricky Cardwell Jr.; his half-brother Jessie Cardwell; his aunts and uncles, Linda Lawrence, Kathy Thompson, Julie Slovekosky (Kenneth), Brenda Cardwell, Tina Cardwell, Larry Cardwell (Kelly), Frank Cardwell (Kim), Tim Hoaglan (Marion), Ed Hoaglan and Danny Hoaglan; his nieces and nephews, Justine Stinnett, Keyanna Parrot, Bryan Moore and Michael Parrot Jr.; and his great-nephews, Ethan Stinnet, Clayton Stinnett, Jonathan Stinnett, Michael Cardwell, Stanley Cardwell and Colton Cardwell.
