Avelina Soliven Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Avelina Soliven (Indianapolis, Indiana), who passed away on August 13, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jose Obial Catignas and Lelis Abaño Catignas; her brother Jose A. Catignas, Jr.; and her son Albert Michael Soliven. She is survived by: her husband Leopoldo Soliven; her children, Maria Lutgarda Calleja (Joaquin) and Paul Patrick Soliven; her grandchildren, Jadelson Calleja, Jeniza Calleja and Aspen Estefania Soliven; her great grandchild Zaphkiel Calleja; and her siblings, Celia Buenafe (Samuel), Rogy Catignas, Mila Cajilig (Alberto), Zaida Ysip (Armando) and Marilyn Pascual (Arnel). She is also survived by several nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donation be made to Saint Michael the Archangel Church.
