She is survived by: her husband James D. Howard; her children, Greg D. Howard (Paulette), Latosha M. Rowley (Howard) and Dylan R. Howard (Nicole); her close friend Lynnice; her siblings, Phyllis Fowlkes, Patricia Russell (Larry), Kathy Hayden (Steve), Ludella Grinstead, Michael Payton (Anita) and Danny Payton; and her grandchildren, Dionna Howard (Adam) of Kamara, KJ, Greg D. Howard, Jr., Cierra Woods (DeShawn), Joseph Rowley and Danielle Blanco. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, great-grandchildren, great nieces and great nephews, and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt Pleasant Baptist Church (5111 W 62nd St, Indianapolis, IN 46268). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
