With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Barbara Jo Chipps of Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on March 3, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. Shaffer and Agnes Shaffer (Jones); her husband William Warren Chipps Sr.; her son William Virgil "Billy" Chips Jr.; and her siblings, Sylvia, Hazel, Kathy and Chuck.
She is survived by: her son Adam Chipps; her siblings, Lyndal and Glenn Shaffer; and her half-brother Bud Shaffer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
