He was predeceased by: his father Stephen Carroll; and his sister Kemberly Carroll. He is survived by: his mother Jacqueline Carroll (Houk); his wife Jen Carroll; his son Ben Carroll; his siblings, Jack Carroll (Jennifer Harlan) and Marie Hitze (Brad); and his nieces and nephews, Savannah Carroll, Jack Carroll II, Finley Hitze, Allison Anderson and Jacob Crawford. He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
