It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha Mae Gandy (Indianapolis, Indiana), born in Wabash, Indiana, who passed away on March 25, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, John Bone and Thelma Bone; her sisters, Martha Dorris and Patsy; and her granddaughter Melissa.
She is survived by : her children, William Evans (Virgina), Christine Dunn, John Stevens, Desma Brooks (Roy) and Jack Gandy; and her grandchildren, Lori Bunch, Jason Evans, Jill Cuadill (Mike), Donavon Dunn, Shawn Dunn, Casey Stevens, Shawn Stevens, Josh Stevens, Josh Gandy, Paige Brooks, Alexis Brooks, Raven Gandy and Ryland Gandy. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren with one on the way; 2 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
