She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche F. Lewis and Edward L. Lewis Sr.; her former husband Cohen McNeill; her husband Jesse D. Davis Sr.; her siblings, Edward L. Lewis Jr. and Brenda J. Lewis-Porter; her stepfather Herbert Frazier Sr.; and her brother Herbert Frazier Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Rhonda L. McNeill-Chapman (Edwin); her grandchildren, Netra Faeborn (Elphaba), Julian Chapman and Rosetta Hayes; her son Jesse D. Davis Jr. (Lisa); her granddaughters, Kayla and Jada Davis; and her sisters, Sylva Frazier-Roach (Fredrick) and Anita C. Frazier-Marion.
