She was predeceased by: her mother Mae Dell Carswell; and her siblings, Debora Bates (Mike) and Jerry Ethridge. She is survived by: her father Wade Eugene Ethridge Sr. (Patricia); her son Travis Tarrh (Allison); her grandson David Tarrh; and her siblings, Susan Brown (JD), Cindy McConley (Danny), Wade Ethridge Jr. and David Ethridge (Sue).
