She was predeceased by : her husband Robert Sprowl; her daughter Melinda Wood; her parents, Sam Butler and Mary Butler; and her brother Sam Butler Jr..

She is survived by : her daughters, Mary Jane Davidson, Mildred Stewart and Martha Sanders; her sisters, Martha Abbett (Mike) and Mildred Wilson; and her sister-in-law Barbara Butler.
