He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. Evans and Marjorie Ann Adams Evans; his siblings, James Edward Evans, Phyllis Ann Evans, Sandy Gail Evans and Dianna Lynn Lepper (Jesse); and his sister-in-law Kristian Denise Evans.
He is survived by: his daughter Emmalee Ann Evans (Lorenzo Sevilla); his siblings, Earl Theo Evans (Deborah K.), Terry Lincoln Evans, Marjorie Kay Tweedy (Timothy H.) and Timothy Wayne Evans (Cheryl L.); and his grandchildren, Isaias, Joscelin, Idalia and Cataleya. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
