He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Middleton, and Mildred Middleton, Sr. (Reynolds); his daughter Penny Bush; his siblings, Vicki, Patti, Deloris, Gene, Raymond "Butch" and Scott; and his grandsons, Scott and Alexander.
He is survived by: his son Rodger Middleton (Bobbi); his siblings, Norman Jr., Jimmy, Johnny, Steve, Rick, Audrey, Janet and Laura Lynn; his grandchildren, Karli, Hannah, Alican and Joshua; and his great grandchildren, Livia and Timothy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
