She was predeceased by: her father Terry Baise. She is survived by: her mother Jeannie Hucks (Roach); her children, Gwyneth Ditchley, Trenton Baise and Jax Baise; her sister Bonita Baise; her stepfather Robert Hucks; and her sibling's children, Austin Jones, Sierra Gonzalev and Anthony Jones, III. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Fountain Square Cremation & Funeral Services (1420 Prospect St, Indianapolis, IN 46203). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
