She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank James and Dorothy Ruthene Owens (Wilson); her sons, Kenn Rice and Daren Rice; her sister Penny Rankin; and her brother-in-law Bobby Fraley.
She is survived by: her husband Ozrie Rice of Indianapolis; her sons, Joe Rice of Indianapolis and Jeff Rice (Cathy) of Indianapolis; her daughter-in-law Darlene Rice of Fountaintown; her grandchildren, Kasey Edwards (Joshua) of Fairland, Kyle Rice of Fountaintown, Catrina Hettinger (Tyler) of Lafayette, Justin Rice (Breanna) of Indianapolis, Alauna Rice of Indianapolis, Britany Rice of Indianapolis and Austin Howell of Indianapolis; her sister Karen Fraley of Indianapolis; and her brother-in-law Robert Rankin of Stuttgart, AR. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to Christian Tabernacle School.
