He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth A. Billingsley (Witty); his grandparents, Clell and Inus Witty; and his nephew Jagger Nolan Passwater. He is survived by: his father Fred L. Billingsley; his wife Tammy; his children, Stephanie Billingsley (Brad Fox) and Brian S. Billingsley (Glenda); his grandchildren, Ethan Billingsley, Peyton Fox, Liam Billingsley, Kennedy Fox and Kylie Billingsley; his siblings, Angelia Passwater (Bill Burton) and Craig Billingsley (Melissa); and his close friend Jeff Ketron. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting contributions towards his funeral services.
