We are sad to announce that, on June 8, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Bruce Allen Carter of Indianapolis, Indiana. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe D. Carter and Carole Carter (Page); and his brother Joe "David" Carter. He is survived by: his wife Kay Carter; his daughter Tiffany Carter; and his siblings, Crystal Feltner (Wayne), Perry Carter (Terry Mink), Dewayne Carter and Shawn Carter. He is also survived by cat, "Daphne"; and several nieces and nephews.

To honor Bruce's love for animals, the family has asked that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the Humane Society of the United States.
