He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Wininger and Blanch Wininger (Wilson). He is survived by: his siblings, Susie Russell of Washington, Sarah Guy of Washington, Robert Wininger of Washington, Phillip Wininger of Washington, Randy Wininger of Washington, Joy Floyd, Patricia Troutman, Richard Wininger and Douglas Wininger. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ed L Lee Mortuary (620 E Viola Ave, Washington, IN 47501). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
