He was predeceased by: his parents, Byron Elliott Sr. and Ruthanne Elliott (Crismore). He is survived by: his wife Kathy Elliott (Scheib); his children, Leslie Smith (Mark) and Walter Elliott (Sherry); his stepdaughter Megan Sobek; and his granddaughter Dana Elliott.
