He was predeceased by: his parents, Milo Wert and Dorothy Wert (Connelly); and his brother Larry J. Wert. He is survived by: his son Michael S. Wert of Carmel, IN; his brother Ronald J. Wert (Ruth Irene Wert) of Scottsdale, AZ; and his grandchildren, Milo and Cole Wert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
