She was predeceased by: her brothers, Larry and Greg Coan; and her aunt Elizabeth Keithley (Betty). She is survived by: her sons, Joshua Shinn (Victoria) and Nicholas Shinn (Kayla); her grandchildren, Javen, Hayden, Asher and Maliyah; her brother Gary Coan (Lorie); and her close friend Connie Tully Kiser.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Indiana Funeral Care - Indianapolis Chapel (8151 Allisonville Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46250). A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Wheeler Mission Center for Women & Children.
