He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester M. Calvert and Addie C. Calvert (Denning); his son David Calvert; and his sisters, Loretta Blevins (Bill), Doris Graves and Dorothy Calvert.
He is survived by: his wife Patsy M. Calvert; his children, Chris Calvert, Lisa Maryonovich (Clint) and Jeff Calvert; and his grandchildren, Vin, Nicholas, Evan, Courtney and Macie. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren; as well as multiple great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Peyton Manning Children's Hospital, or the American Heart Association.
