She was predeceased by: her father Leroy Spells; her brother Daimione Mann; her grandmother Margaret H. Coleman; her aunt Anna Francis Parker (Coleman); her uncle Maurice Coleman; her cousin Marshall "Bo" Parker; and her nephew DaMonte'Roje Parker.
She is survived by: her mother Helen M. Coleman; her daughters, Re'Knese "Rani" Taylor and Ke'Rece "Reci" Taylor; her cousins, Marquetta Navarro (Kurt), Alycia Spells (James) and Jeanette Riggs; her sibling's children, Daimione Mann Jr., Martell Rayborn, Gentry Parker of Antoine, Avery Hoskins, Ayrrika Spells (Emmanuel), Mariah Parker and Mya Parker; and her great-niece Novah Evans.
