He was predeceased by: his father Richard William; his wife Lillian A. Clements (Capps); his siblings, Annamarie Clements, Barbara Cline and Jerry Clements; and his sister-in-law Patty Clements.
He is survived by: his brothers, John Clements of Monrovia, Larry Clements (Carolyn) of Monrovia, Mike Clements (Linda) of Monrovia and James Clements (Kathy) of Monrovia; and his pet Blackjack. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
