He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris "Don" Woodard and Marjorie Woodard (Scudder). He is survived by: his wife Karen Woodard (Rousch); his daughters, Cheryl Heer (Jeff) and Dawn Hobson (Jeff); his grandchildren, Ryan Heer (Sarah), Jordan Heer (Kaela), Brittany Makin (Ben), Zachary Hobson (Amy), Lexi Heer and Lauren Granados (Andy); and his brother Larry Woodard (Janice). He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Colonial Hills Baptist Church (8140 Union Chapel Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46240). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Washington Park East Cemetery (10612 E Washington St, Indianapolis, IN 46229).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Widow's Jar Ministry.
