She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Blake and Catherine Blake; and her sisters, Ellen Kinney and Brenda Root. She is survived by: her children, Kimberley Pruit, Tammy Cook, Gerald Pinkham and Richard Pinkham; her siblings, Mike Blake and Lori Pringle; and her close friend Terry. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
