It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Rae Monk of Indianapolis, Indiana, born in Wapakoneta, Ohio, who passed away on June 23, 2023, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Jett and Rita Jett (Carroll); her husband Stephen Monk; and her close friend Richard Humphreys. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Ann Monk, Stephanie Hinz, Kevin Jett (Cara) and Robert Jett (Leticia); and her brothers, Gary Tanner (Fran) and Roger Tanner. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren; and several extended family members and friends.
