He was predeceased by: his parents, David Chiesi and Linda Chiesi (Kerr). He is survived by: his significant other Sarah Craig; his sister Kimberly Chiesi-Balch (David); his nephew Ashton Balch (Jessica); his nieces, Mallory Balch (Ronnie) and Leila Balch; and his pet Bailey. He is also survived by several aunts, great nieces and great nephews.
