He is survived by: his daughter Kathy Wilkins; his siblings, Ladonna Boyd and David Bienz; his grandchildren, Dean, Cas, Willow, Bruce, Noah and Cheyenne; his former wife Tammy Bienz; and his friend Wayne Griffith. He is also survived by family members and friends.
