He is survived by: his wife Kelly Schwier; his daughter Samantha Riley Privett; his sister Carol Joiner of Texas; his stepchildren, Brandon Day (Nicole) of Zionsville, IN, Brittney Bailey (Brandon) of Franklin, IN and Jessica Mitchell of Indianapolis; his stepgrandchildren, Tyler Bailey, Zoey Bailey and Everett Day; his niece Desiree Garrigus of Texas; and his nephew Joshua Garrigus of Texas. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
