He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Chapman and Rosemary Chapman (Stum); and his siblings, Vern Chapman and Wanda Carman. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Walker of Westfield; his son John; his sisters, Pam Craig, Letha McCarty and Marolyn Hollinrake; and his close friend Tom Hendrix of Casey, IL.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
