Clyde R. Garrett Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clyde R. Garrett of Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on June 18, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Abe Garrett and Etter Garrett (Cooper); his wife Christine Garrett (Phillips); his great grandchild Jesse Garrett; his siblings, Clifford Garrett, Lucille Key and Reba Wynn; and his half-brother Bobby Cooper.
He is survived by: his sons, Mick Garrett (Jenni) and Rick Garrett (Ann); his brother Ernest Garrett; his grandchildren, Chris Garrett (Megan), Kathy Whitaker (Philip), Codie Guffin (Greg), Larissa Keith and Marjean; and his caregiver Betty Smith. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren, two great-great granddaughters.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carlisle - Branson Funeral Service & Crematory (39 E High St, Mooresville, IN 46158). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Floral Park Cemetery (425 N Holt Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46222).
