He is survived by: his father Dennis Hawkins; his stepmother Karen Hawkins; his siblings, David Hawkins (Michelle), Jennifer Hawkins, Katy Hawkins and Annie Hawkins; his siblings' children, Eli Hawkins, Lauren Hawkins (Gino Tougas), Aliza Hawkins (Chris Jenkins) and Logan Burke; and his great-nieces, Maylee Tougas and Sadie Jenkins.
